1. DEPOSIT & RESERVATION
To reserve the event date, the client must submit a deposit equal to 50% of the total contract amount. The deposit is COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE and guarantees inventory and event date reservation.
2. FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance must be paid in full one (1) week before the event date. CASA DORADA EVENTS LLC reserves the right to cancel services if payment is not received before the established deadline.
3. INCLUDED SERVICES
The rental price includes: • Delivery • Setup • Pickup
4. CLEANING
Cleaning is NOT included. Tables must be left completely empty and free of trash or debris. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.
5. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
The client is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of rented equipment from the moment of delivery until pickup by CASA DORADA EVENTS LLC. Any broken glass or damage to glass tables will result in a replacement fee of $1,000 USD per table. Additional damages will be charged based on the full repair or replacement cost.
6. LIABILITY WAIVER
The client understands that glass tables and rental furniture require proper handling and supervision. Once equipment has been installed, CASA DORADA EVENTS LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, personal damages, third-party damages, or misuse of the rented furniture during the event. The client assumes full responsibility for the use and supervision of all rented equipment.
7. DELAYS & PICKUP
If equipment is not ready at the scheduled pickup time or if the event causes significant delays, additional charges may apply for extra time.
8. CANCELLATIONS & DATE CHANGES
The 50% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation. Date changes are subject to availability.
9. FORCE MAJEURE CASA DORADA EVENTS LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, accidents, government actions, or circumstances beyond its control.
10. LEGAL JURISDICTION This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of California.
11. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE By signing this contract, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein.
